Scaff-Cover has an ongoing programme of constantly reviewing, updating and tailoring our temporary roofing systems to ensure a high level of safety due to our unique twin keder design.
Our heavy duty PVC roof membranes can be erected and dismantled with the minimum of manual labour and can be deployed from a safe working platform. Also due to the twin keder design, clambering over the truss roof structure is kept to a minimum.

Scaff-Cover technicians attend site during all stages of design and construction to supervise the assembly procedure. Working in conjunction with scaffold erecters they will ensure all work is carried out to meet all Health & Safety requirements which in turn will insure a safe & dry working environment for all contractors. Scaff Cover UK carry out FREE training courses to all companies using our products, we’ll do this at our premises, at scaffolder’s yard or on the building contractor’s site, we are flexible and always work to the highest safety standards to meet all Health & Safety requirements.
Flexibility
The Scaff Cover twin keder system allows for quick and easy access to any point on the roof for loading of materials. It takes just 5 minutes to pull back the roof sheet and re-deploy using the simple but effective roof D Rings & ropes.
Speed of Construction
The lightweight construction of the Truss Tech beam means that assembling in situ can be done safely & cost effectively without the need for expensive crane hire. The unique modular twin keder design ensures no leaks, minimal hand deployment of sheeting thus reducing risks during assembly and dismantling.
Our Scaff-Cover Heavy Duty Roof System can be pulled into positions along the twin keder tracks with the minimum of effort and without the need to clamber over the truss structure, all done from the safe and secure environment of the working platform. Site managers can take confidence from the fact that downtime is minimal allowing projects to run to schedule.
